This is East th Street, a group of houses of different sizes and styles. It has a beautiful construction, beautiful walks and gardens. But what really makes this Austin (Texas) project unique is that it is the first D printed houses for sale in the United States. Yes, you read it right. All of these houses have been manufactured with a D printer.
Home sizes range from to m in two- and four-bedroom designs.
All houses have porches and covered parking and a modern interior design.
The rooms are large and open, the master bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and the windows are large to let in plenty of light.
Wooden cabinets, woven rugs and small BTC Number Data touches of greenery add pops of color to the homes' neutral palette. A very modern and uncluttered design creates a fluid and elegant look both inside and out.
Designed by Logan Architecture, the collection includes four homes in total. All houses are solid, robust, safe and ready to be inhabited. Its D printed construction is proof that the future is now.
The D printing of each house is due to the Texas construction company ICON, which used its Vulcan construction system.
Using this process, D printing robotics apply layers of cement onto grooved surfaces. According to ICON, this system creates a tough and highly weather-resistant design.
